  1. It never hurts to take your electronics whether it be a phone or laptop to a certified technician to be looked at if you are having an issue. I generally try to troubleshoot the issue myself first, then take it to the technician, and as the last resort I replace the item. Thanks for sharing!

      Thanks for the comment. At some point you are right and it is good to troubleshoot the issue of your cell phone by your own as you can’t trust every technician but there my be chances of getting the issue worst than it is getting solved and you may end up with the only one choice left that is to get new phone. So it is advisable to go to technicians who are certified professionals unless your 100% sure that what steps you are doing to troubleshoot the issue with your phone or any other device.
